It is barely a week after First Lady Janet Museveni Kataaha opted out of the 2016 race as MP for Ruhaama County, aspirants have already started rubbing their palms and oozing saliva for the seat.
Latest to declare his intentions is Red Pepper Director Arinaitwe Otim Rugyendo. The motor-mouthed scribe declared on his Facebook page that he will be sliding into his shoes and joining the race for the seemingly vacant seat.
This being the gospel truth is only known by circles in Namanve and Rugyendo’s close friends and Mr. Hyena perhaps. May the race begin.
