Urban rappers Code and Tucker HD had rap fans excited at the prospect of a gruelling “beef” last week. We have reliably confirmed that the two have made amends and have ditched plans of beefing each other.
This however has left many fans with sour taste in their tongues as they accuse the rappers of not being hardcore enough to make it last longer.
“I think its a missed opportunity for Tucker and Code. Never before in their careers had the fans became so interested in them till the beef. The blogs are writing about it, radios are playing their music and that’s when they decide to walk out? No, it was their chance to break from the shadows of older faded rappers,” one bitter fan noted with concern.
The beef sparked off when Code while on a television show talked of Tucker in a condescending manner. Tucker released diss track “Calm before the storm” while Code responded with “Hands in the stadium”.
