Often times the youth overlook their blessings, the love, the little things that make them go through the day looking for bigger things. Some even go as far as joining evil cults, the illuminati and gangs looking for money and fame.
Rapper Benezeri has asked those who follow him to be simple like him and live a life that they will be proud of in the future while counting their blessings and the things that they take for granted. He said all this to inspire his fellow youth.
He said; “Love yours. Look around you. Look at your family. Look at your job. Look at your friends. Look at your gifts. Look at your opportunities. Look at the peace in your life. You might not drive your dream car. You might even ride Boda Boda like me. You might not rent an expensive apartment. You might not be able to provide everything youd love to, to the ones you love most.”
Benezeri added; “You’re fortunate. You’re blessed. Too many people are unhappy. Many long to live the life you live. They wish they could wake up to less pressures. They wish they did not have to keep keeping up appearances. They have much more than their peers, materially, but they still crave fulfilment and peace of mind.”
He then concluded with this statement; “We all have different goals. Don’t ever let your goals be diluted by your neighbors quicker ‘success’. Life is a complete package and money isn’t even close to the most important aspects of it. My brother love yours. My sister count your blessings. You’re fortunate. You just need to see it.”
