Ragga Dee’s manager tested the coolers recently for allegedly stealing a phone.
According to our sources, manager Peter was accused of stealing a phone at Top Pub in Kampala and later taken to police to answer for the crime. He was later taken for a house search at his place in Busega.
The phone is still missing and investigations ongoing.
