Veteran singer Ragga Dee who recently lost his Kampala city mayoral race to Elias Lukwago was pleased upon winning the legendary music award at the recently concluded Zzina awards.
The ‘Parliament Yange’ singer revealed how he was so honored to receive this kind of award when he was still alive.
“I am so pleased to win the legendary music award when I am still alive,” he posted on his twitter
