DJ Frank Jay is known from his days at Lido beach with DJ Micheal and also his songs “Arsenal musituke” and “Numbe” that rocked Uganda for some time.

But later Frank Jay abandoned music to concentrate on production and started a studio in Bwaise before later moving to Makindye where he is currently based. Meanwhile, Frank Jay has also for long been Ragga Dee’s official DJ and producer and the two have even featured on some songs together.

So, when Frank Jay was taken to Luzira for battering singer G-Snake where he spent a couple of days, his friend and boss Ragga Dee came to his rescue.

It is said that Ragga Dee played a big role in ensuring that Frank Jay got out of jail which included negotiations and hard cash assistance. Frank Jay is now a free man again and apparently working as usual.
