A legal battle is set to ensue following defamatory comments that were made by Radio and Weasel claiming that they have always known that their former manager Jeff Kiwa practiced witchcraft, and they warned him to change but he refused.
The dynamic duo revealed this damning information in a video that was posted on Social Media claiming that Kiwa sacrifices people, takes their heads and does other charms to make money. The video was posted at the same time when Jeff was fighting with a human sacrifice case at Police which was cleared shortly after.
This prompted Jeff to take them to court. He hired renowned lawyer, Muwema of Muwema & company Advocates to take them on. According to the lawyer, the duo has defamed his client who is seeking legal redress of 500 million in damages.
While everyone expected Radio and Weasel to back down and apologize following the legal direction of things, the duo have insisted on following up with the case and filling their defense.
The Amaaso singers have now hired a team of 6 legal experts from Katende and Ssempebwa advocates to defend them.
“They don’t want to apologize and are looking at taking this case on and defending what they said in the video. They won a case against the same man when he wanted to take away their Neverland house. They believe that they can do it again,” said a source from Goodlyfe.
Jeff Kiwa who managed Radio and Weasel has had a very bad relationship with the duo for a long time. This legal show down could be the biggest since their breakout.
