Still fresh from their mega Amaaso-Ntunga concert, Radio and Weasel will premiere their ‘Ntunga’ video tomorrow (14th May) at Club Amnesia. The audio was well received and is enjoying good air rotation. With now a video added to it, the song will certainly rock our air waves even longer.
‘Ntunga’ which loosely translates to ‘sew me’ is about a guy begging a lover to stick with him irrespective of whatever the onlookers might say. He keeps on praising the girl uttering sweet nothings to her, just like any love smitten fella would do.
At some point in the song, Radio sings; “You are a needle that does not hurt, please sew me…”
The single off the Ntunga Album that was successfully launched recently at Hotel Africana, was directed by Jovan for Reel 16.
