Just when we all thought that competition of artistes organizing and holding concerts on same day had ended, it seems to have now resurrected and this time taking a new twist.
News reaching our desk indicates that musicians Mikie Wine and Kadongo Kamu star Mathias Walukagga have also set their concert on the same day as Radio and Weasel who had earlier announced their Omwaana Wabandi concert for May.
This battle between Tubonga nawe artistes and others from opposition side looks to be a serious one ever since the opposition leaders announced the boycotting of these artistes who were involved in the project.
However musicians Mathias Walukagga and Mikie Wine seem to have seen this as an opportunity to grab loyal opposition supporters on this day.
We have learnt that Mathias will hold his Referee Munsendere concert at Freedom City while Mikie Wine will be at Club Ambiance parking lot while Radio and Weasel who participated in Tubonga nawe will be at Hotel African.
We are waiting to see if this will affect the dynamic duo even though all these artistes have different audience. Watch space!
