News on our desks indicates that the singing duo was supposed to be paid 9 million for a show to be staged with Amarula family at Satellite beach. The singers were given one million shillings down payment and they were expected to stage a show on Boxing Day. Radio and Weasel who are not in the country couldn’t show up and this led to huge losses for the organisers of the event.
According to sources, fans got rowdy when they realized that the amaaso singers were missing in action after they had been advertised as one of the stars to grace the show. Management tried to plead with revelers but they couldn’t listen. Police was later called in to disperse them.
The organizer of the show called Messe has vowed to have the duo arrested for fraud upon their return. He even displayed receipts showing that the duo has accepted to do a show at Satellite and Ggaba beach.
