Singing duo, Radio and Weasel must be very lucky people after they survived a robbery on Monday afternoon.
Sources close the Goodlyfe mansion in Makindye confirmed that the duo was attacked by thugs in broad day light with an intention of running away with property worth millions of shillings.
Concerned neighbours however alerted the police which arrived on time and managed to arrest three of the suspected robbers, who are alleged to be part of the infamous ‘Kifeesi’ gang which has created a lot of tension in areas surrounding the city.
Efforts to talk to the Goodlyfe singers were fruitless as the duo refused to give any comment but the arrested were whisked to Makindye police station where they were still held by press time.
