Following the police order to cancel the battle of champions concert between Bebe Cool and the Goodlyfe due to security reasons, the latter have come up to accuse Vision group of companies CEO Robert Kabushenga of conniving with police to fail them.
In a statement written by Goodlyfe the singing duo blasted Kabushenga of witch-hunting them after they fell out. On their facebook wall the duo posted:
“so Robert Kabushenga is fighting tooth and nail to influence the Uganda police to cancel the long awaited Battle of champions btn Radio and weasel vs Bebe cool in favour of a competitive concert on the same day becos of his gradges with both the artists..this shows how corrupt Uganda is n how un patriotic our leaders are. they sell thier nation in broad day light..if Kabushenga is in charge of the youths in Uganda and talent is one of the major exports Uganda has at the moment which apparently kabushenga is fighting in favour of foreign material,you wonder where this country is heading,but we shall fyt to the last man if it means to..this is our nation and this is were we belong..Battle of Champions 6th december kyadondo rugby grounds..Uganda vs Jamaica”
Goodlyfe fell out with Robert Kabushenga after the singing duo accused him of failing to pay them as earlier agreed. Its should be remembered that Bebe Cool is also not on good terms with the Vision group media as he accuses them of blackmail and publishing false stories about him.
