Events manager Balaam is likely to incur an 85 Million loss unless court intervenes and orders Geoffrey Lutaaya to pay back.
Before Eagles production split weeks back, Balaam had booked and paid 85 Million shillings in advance for all their Easter shows. Geoffrey Lutaaya, the then director of Eagles Production signed the contract on behalf of the company to perform during the Easter season and also received the advance payment.
Regarding this matter, Geoffrey Lutaaya says that he is in talks with the other members that went on to form another group, Golden Production and advises Balaam to be patient.
However, Musa Kavuma of KT Promotions and former manager of Eagles Production, now a director in the newly formed Golden Production says that if there is anyone out there seeking for a refund and have the contracts signed by him, they are free to seek a refund.
