Renowned city events promoter Balaam Barugahare has also added radio business to his other businesses that include real estate, beverage distribution and marketing agency.
According to our sources, Balaam is set to open a radio station that will be based at one of his properties in Ntinda.
We have also learnt that the city events oraganizer has been in talks with UCC to acquire frequency for the radio station which is expected to test signal before the end of the year.
It should be noted that Balaam already owns a radio station in Juba, South Sudan which was opened up a few months back.
