Newly promoted Uganda Premier League (UPL) side Proline Football Club was on Sunday crowned champions of the inaugural Phillip Omondi preseason invitational tournament.
Proline emerged as the overall winner after managing to collect 8 points in the two-day tournament that was hosted at the Phillip Omondi Stadium in Lugogo over the weekend.
Kajjansi based team Lweza Football club came in second place with a tally of 6 points while the organisers and league champions KCCA FC were third with 4 points. Soana emerged last (fourth place) with just 3 points.
