Jose Chameleone was so humbled to be honored by President Museveni after he invited him for a hand shake at a recent function that took place in Busoga over the weekend. This came after the Wale Wale star stole the show from Radio and Weasel who were also present after he performed most of his songs in front of the NRM party boss who then invited him to his tent.
“Basiima Ogenze is my favourite why didn’t you play it?” the President asked Leone Island boss as he shook his hands. Chameleone could not hide his excitement after finding out that the President is one of his big fans, going on to share the good news on his wall;
“Talent is priceless and Music got no boundaries. After a thrilled up performance today at a presidential function in Busoga. I was humbled to know that he’s a great fan of the Mighty Leone Island Music Empire Music Thank you Your Excellency President of Uganda for this Great Honour. LEONE ISLAND TWENDE JOB!”
It should be noted that Jose Chameleone is among the top musicians that have been selected by the NRM party to headline the President’s campaigns next year.
