Two days after Innocent Dennis Oringa alias Master Blaster died when he was hit by a stray bullet, Police has decided to work with musician Bobi Wine to stop the violence that has been going on in Bwaise.

When Master Blaster died at the hand of a South Sudanese national, his fans in Bwaise rose up in arms against all South Sudan foreigners in the area. Many were beaten to near death while others were forced out of their homes.

Police and Military managed to carry out some arrests to help restore order. They also contacted Bobi Wine who was Master Blasters very close friend and a known Ghetto singer to calm down fans in Bwaise and neighboring regions.

Bobi Wine was called to Kawempe Police where he had a meeting with the Officer in charge before setting out for Bwaise. He then asked demonstrators to calm down stating that we are one and that we are all humans and equal foreigner or not.

The Ghetto Gladiator then went to Central Police Station in Kampala to meet with the inspector General of Police, Kale Kayihura so as to be able to secure security for Master Blaster’s body as it is taken to Kitgum for burial.
