Police extended their winning streak with a massive 2-1 victory over Jinja based side Bul F.C during their long trip to Kakindu Stadium in Jinja. The Cops relieved head coach Angelo Lonyesi of some pressure after pocketing their second consecutive win thanks to strikes from Rogers Kalyango who converted a penalty before Peter Ssenyonjo closed the scoring count for the visitors.

Police now climb to 5th place with 19 points, above Bright Stars and Bul F.C who also have 19 points due to a better goal difference on the table.

Elsewhere, at the Kavumba Recreational stadium in Wakiso, Soana thrashed relegation neighbours of Rwenshama 4-1 to register their second win of the season that moved them to 9 points but remain 14th on the table while Rwenshama remain bottom with 5 points from 12 games.

Meanwhile, Lweza held Kiira Young to a goalless draw at the Wankulukuku stadium to stay 12th while Kiira also remained 13th on the table, with both sides having 11 points from 12 games.
