Police this morning arrested singer Desire Luzinda as she set foot at the airport from Congo Brazzaville where she had gone for a concert.
We have learnt that Desire Luzinda acquired Ugx 24M from a friend who is also a lecturer at Cavendish University last year to aid her in her Serena concert preparations last year. However, the singer has since not refunded a coin of the lump sum which prompted the lecturer to report a case with police.
Just after we thought her troubles were over, Desire still battles several other financial woes.
