Minister of Gender Permanent Secretary Pius Bigirimana has barred people from smoking at parliamentary avenue based Uganda National Theatre. This is bad news for most of our icons in the entertainment industry knowing they heavily depend on intoxicants such as smoking cigarettes.
The directive from him is now being effected. Security at National theatre has started by sending away all hawkers in and around the theatre who sell cigarettes.
