The Toto festival is underway at the Mbarara with hundreds of children out to have a good time.
On top of the music and entertainment, there is also camel riding, face painting and bouncing castles for the children.
Toto festival is a children’s fun event organised by Vision Group under the Toto brand and in partnership with several corporate companies.
