East Africa’s richest man according to 2017 reports has once again brought a revolution to the real estate industry in Uganda.
On Saturday, Dr. Sudhir Ruparelia unveiled Market Plaza, Uganda’s first of its kind ultra modern plaza.
The new Market Plaza located on Market Street Kampala has 250 shops, 110 offices, and a parking space for over 100 cars.
Car lifts have also been installed in the ultramodern plaza. The building is estimated to create over 1000 direct jobs and 10000 indirect jobs.
“With every job created, that is one person off the streets. As Ruparelia Group, we are committed to playing our part in eliminating unemployment in the country,” said Sudhir at the opening.
