Sitya Loss dancer, Alex Ssempijja was today laid to rest at his ancestral home in Kibibi, Mpigi district. The burial was thronged by many Ugandan artists like Eddy Kenzo, Ziza Bafana, Professor Big Eye among others.
“I will miss him a lot. We have been like brothers and he was our elder brother, he used to guide us at times when necessary,” said Sebuufu, one of the Triplet dancers.
“I am going to miss him a lot. He was a friend and a son that’s why I have done everything in my power to make sure that he rests in peace and I pray that he gets a place in heaven. May his soul rest in eternal peace,” Eddy Kenzo also added.
