Sheila Princess Obila was recently crowned Miss Tourism West Nile at a ceremony that was held at Heritage Courts, Arua. Sheila saw off competition from 6 other beauties to win the coveted crown. In second position was Jildah Angeyango while Racheal Aneker came third.
Sheila, 22, is a first year student at Uganda Martyrs University Nkozi (Rubaga Branch) pursuing a Bachelors degree in Social Works & Social Administration(SWASA).
The elated beauty queen hopes to use her new position to increase tourism traffic to the sites in West Nile and ultimately change her people’s livelihood.
