Photos: Pallaso edges knee-surgery whooping Ugx. 5Million

Ugandan multi-genre artist, Pius Mayanja alias Pallaso is now out of danger, we can confirm.

This follows his successful completion of a knee-surgery that has whooped over Ugx.5Million.

Last week, the Team Good Music (TGM) CEO accidentally damaged his knee as he performed at one of his current “Border-to-border” music shows, happening in different regions of Uganda.

Since he was still occupied with more inevitable performances, Pallaso decided not to seek an immediate admission in hospital but instead maintain his tasks though in a wheelchair, dismaying fans, friends and relatives.

However, this week Pallaso sought for serious treatment on his return to Kampala and was recommended an ACL and Meniscus reconstruction surgery on his knee.

The self-proclaimed ‘King of the East’ underwent the surgery at Pulse Specilaist Clinic located at Wampewo avenue, Kololo, Kampala.

“Thank you God and Thank you for all your prayers. I have undergone ACL and Meniscus reconstruction surgery on my knee this morning and so far it has been successful. Doctors say it won’t take long till i’m back on my Two legs and giving action 🙏🏿❤️,” Pallaso stated.

Pallaso’s friends and family members have since flocked the medical center to comfort and cheer him up.

He joins fellow singers such as; Zulanda and Gravity Omutujju who have ever undergone surgeries after sustaining injuries while in-line-of-duty.
