Using his commando skills to jump over trenches, Mzee Kaguta displayed his youthfulness at Kilembe Mines.
He had visited Kilembe to assess damage caused by River Nyamwamba burst bank. Mzee Kaguta directed the Ministry of Works to rebuild river banks and repair damaged bridges and help victims.
“Am very sorry about the damage. I hear that some people died. This is terrible.” – President Museveni said to the victims.
