Feeling insecure about your body image can be a hard burden to bear.
How do you overcome it?
For Kim Kardashian, the answer is simple – strip off in the desert!
Kimmy decided to bare all for a nude photoshoot in the desert for her website, which she says was her way of sticking two fingers up at her insecurities over a dry skin condition which sometimes makes her reluctant to take her clothes off.
‘I have psoriasis, there is nothing I can do about it so there is no reason why I should feel uncomfortable,’ she explains in a future episode of Keeping Up With The Kardashians.
‘So to make myself feel better I lay out all my insecurities before we start a shoot in the hope that no one will be focused on that. I just want to do fun and artsy things.
‘I want to capture really cool moments and have some great shoots and be nude and do all this cool stuff.’
To be fair, Kim looked pretty incredible as she struck a series of sultry poses in the California desert while strategically covering her private parts with lashings of sun cream.
It hardly looked like she was suffering from body confidence issues either so the answer is simple – if you’re feeling a little insecure in your body, go find a desert and lose your dressing gown.
