Ugandan businessman based in South Africa, Katsha De’bank is a free man again and enjoying his freedom in Madiba land. The tycoon who had been incarcerated by South African authorities over fraud allegations in November last year was recently exonerated by the courts of law and all charges against him dropped.
With his new found freedom, Katsha is back to his usual businessman. While he was roaming Jo’burg streets earlier today, he bumped into former Miss Uganda Barbara Kimbugwe, and as is the norm, the two posed for photos together. Checked them out below.
