Over the weekend, Mukono town had its share of the silent disco craze. Featuring The Almost Famous DJs, the Silent Rave which was hosted at Impressions bar was mostly flocked by campusers. The silent disco featured 12 young talented DJs that delivered the hottest Reggae, Dancehall, African, EDM and Hiphop tracks. To start the night off with a spin, Club Pilsener offered free beers that evidently got the crowd fired up.
Featuring UG’s illest female DJ and East Africa’s finest, DJ MaryJo aka Adero Marianne represented with the best of African music mashed up. As the guest DJ of the night she got party animals on their toes and twerking.
Among other DJs that took Mukono through the night; Dj Jagen, Dj Waga, Dj Marcus De Virus, Dj Kiko, all brought crazy energy to the turn tables.
