Singer and actress Hellen Lukoma has kicked off the new year in big way. The “Njagala Gwe” singer has taken a big step in her relationship. She introduced her lover Anwar Kaka to her parents on Friday last week. The introduction ceremony was held at her parents’ home in Kiira- Buwaate.
The ceremony which was attended by close friends and relatives was marked by pomp with Anwar “making it rain” dollars. Guests were entertained by musicians, David Lutalo and King Saha.
“Sometimes you can’t explain what you see in a person, it’s just the way they take you to a place where no one else can.” She said of her fiance.
Lukoma’s fans have since taken to social media to congratulate her.
