Silk events proprietor Elvis Sekyanzi has opened up a new spot in Bugolobi and has named it Whispers Lounge. The hangout is located next to dfcu Bank on Spring Road in Bugolobi.
They serve all kinds of food; breakfast, lunch buffet, dinner and fast foods. The hangout will officially be open to the public this Friday on 28th but we have checked it out already and can confirm it will be a place with good ambiance for you.
