Event security guru Dixon Okello aka Uganda’s James Bond exhibited great expertise at his job when he netted Kifesi gang members at Nakivubo stadium over the weekend. Dixon kept crowds at the grounds calm as Africell held their “One Billion” grand finale.
Speaking after the event, he noted: “I managed to tame top kifesi gang leaders at Nakivubo stadium. The notorious gang has always given some incompetent events organisers a hard time. Events organisers should feel free to contact me for the latest crowd control tactics. We should always deal with gang members on the spot.”
