Renowned Ugandan musician and politician Bobi Wine marked his 43rd birthday in a special way by giving back to the community.

The celebrated artist chose to commemorate his day with a charity visit to Nkozi Hospital, the very place where he was born.
Bobi Wine, whose real name is Robert Kyagulanyi Ssentamu, shared his heartfelt gratitude and reflections on the occasion. In a message to his supporters, he wrote:
“On Friday, 12th February 1982, during the NRA war, I was born in Nkozi Hospital to Margaret Nalunkuuma and JW Sentamu. Today, I decided to visit the hospital where I was born to share some love with the new mothers and babies who were born on the same day in the same hospital. I appreciate the hospital administration for allowing me to visit and for welcoming me warmly. I am so grateful for the kind messages and the outpouring of love from all of you, friends. I am really humbled. May the rest of our days be the best of our days. Cheers to 43.”

During his visit, Bobi Wine extended support to new mothers by providing essential items for both the babies and their families.
His act of generosity was warmly received by the hospital staff and the beneficiaries, who expressed their appreciation for his kindness.
The singer-turned-politician continues to inspire many through his philanthropy and advocacy for social change.
His birthday celebration at Nkozi Hospital demonstrates his commitment to uplifting the lives of others, a core value that has defined both his musical and political journey.
