City socialite, Sheilah Gashumba, has made it a habit to tie herself on Nigerian celebs whenever they are visiting Uganda.|
This was evident when she ‘tied herself on’ Kiss Daniels today at Serena Hotel.
Kiss who is in the country for the Buzz Leavers Rock was kind enough to take a photo with the NTV The Beat Presenter.
Sheilah did the same with Wiz kid when he was in Kampala, Timaya and Burna Boy.
