The latest news reaching our desk indicates that former girlfriend to Meddie Sentongo, singer Evelyn Nakabirwa Lagu was involved in a nasty accident this morning.
She has been rushed to hospital where she is currently receiving medical attention. We have been informed that though she got minor injuries and internal bleeding, she still needs prayers.
Evelyn has appeared in over 15 local movies and two series and has also sung as a backup vocalist with big artistes like Halima Namakula, Ragga Dee, Makoma and most recently, Mampi from Zambia. Her songs include; Ogumanga, Wanjawulo, Mberawo and many others.
We wish her a quick recovery.
