The Biebs appears to have punched a photographer in Paris on Tuesday while trying to get into his hotel for dinner, according to TMZ.
Elsewhere in Paris, Bieber has been seen out with girlfriend Selena Gomez, as well as Kendall Jenner. At least he’s keeping busy!
