Phina Masanyalaze is suing Red Pepper publications for defamation where they allegedly used her picture in the description of the leaked sex tape that made rounds on all social media platforms especially Whatsapp
Phina speaking at National Theater and backed up by Benon Kibuka, President of the Federation of performing artistes of Uganda claims this was a high level of disrespect towards her fans, customers and her family and thus is suing them and all thier segments Kamunye and Hello which had a hand in publication.
The amount which will compensate her damages is yet to be identified but all we know Pepper Publications is going to appear in court soon.
