Ugandans today woke up to hordes of young men and women with four green abs boards. On one of the boards was a letter “G” accompanied by a full stop.

It left everyone wondering what this was all about. Groups wondered whether GoTv was rebranding. Others mistook it for a new website or telecom company.

Turns out, it is Phaneroo once again disrupting the Ugandan market as it gears up for its fifth anniversary. We’ve also learned that they will be revealing a letter every day.

In the past Phaneroo has had its members park expensive cars and preach from different spots in town. One day they also had a campaign where they paid off taxi fares for every passenger with the comments; “Jesus has paid.”
