Saturday night was a night to remember for soccer loves in Uganda as Pepsi as Real Madrid took on Liverpool. Pepsi Uganda, partnering with D and Sheraton Hotel, Saturday night treated football fans to great entertainment as the curtains fell on Europe’s biggest sporting campaign, the UEFA Champions League.

As Real Madrid took on English side Liverpool in the finals in the Ukrainian capital Kiev, the beverages giants Pepsi hosted scores of football fans at the Kampala Sheraton to catch the game live.

It was mostly disappointment to Liverpool fans who watched in disbelieve as their main man, the Egyptian star Mohamad Salah walked off in the first half of the game with a dislocated shoulder, and his team proceeded to lose 3 -1 to the Spanish giants.
