Comedian Patrick Salvado has come out to defend singer Bebe Cool, advising people to focus on learning from him instead of constantly bashing him.
Salvado noted that Bebe Cool is often misunderstood, with many people judging him based on his controversial social media posts. However, the comedian insists that away from the spotlight, the veteran musician is a different person who genuinely wishes others well.
“People need to understand how God created him in terms of wishing others well. Those controversial things he posts on social media are just for showbiz, but as a person, Bebe Cool is different,” Salvado explained.
He went as far as suggesting that Bebe Cool’s character and mindset could even be studied in school as a subject for others to learn from.
Salvado also sympathized with young artists who frequently abuse Bebe Cool, saying they don’t realize the harm they are causing to their own careers.
Highlighting his personal experience, the comedian revealed that Bebe Cool has consistently supported his comedy shows without expecting favors in return.
“Bebe Cool has been there for all my shows and he buys a table. I have never given him a complementary, but he buys a table and attends with his wife and his team,” Salvado said.
