Comedy icon Patrick Salvado has announced a major show to celebrate 15 years in the comedy industry, set for August 30, 2025.

While details on the venue and ticketing are yet to be revealed, the celebrated comedian promises it will be special.

Salvado has become a household name in African comedy and has been to different countries and stages, unlike many Ugandan comedians.

Patrick Salvado Expresses Concern Over the Decline of Comedy in Uganda

This isn’t the first time Salvado has marked a career milestone with a grand show. In 2020, he celebrated 10 years in comedy with a sold-out event at Kololo Independence Grounds, one of the biggest comedy shows Uganda has seen.

Adding to the significance of this year, Salvado will also be turning 40, making the 15-year celebration even more personal.

He has often spoken about how comedy completely transformed his life, calling it a turning point for someone who once pursued a path in engineering.
