Nigerian dancehall singer Patoranking will perform for the first time in Uganda this September.
Popular for songs like ‘Girlie O’ and ‘Daniella Whine’ that have since become club anthems in Uganda, Patoranking will headline the Uganda Entertainment awards ceremony.
This was revealed by one of the organisers of the award ceremony who said, “it’s a historical event that needs to be witnessed by the best in the industry, a reason we are securing appearances from International artists. Patoranking is just one of the many we are flying in.”
The inaugural Uganda Entertainment Awards will take place on 4th September at the Munyonyo Commonwealth resort.
