Nigerian musician, Patoranking has unveiled the video for Black Girl Magic taken off his latest album THREE.
The song which celebrates and highlights the beauty, power, resilience, and total awesomeness of black women is a charmingly joyous tune filled with guitars, slap bass and galactic synths accompanied with feel good lyrics.
Black Girl Magic matches the mood of the highly creative visuals which blends familiar samples alongside modern textures recalling the feel-good vibes of the 90’s.
Throughout the clip, an enthusiastic crew of black women enjoy getting their hair done, a great time at the skating rink and a night out in town which features Patoranking performing with an all-black female band.
To support the release, Patoranking hosted the video release premiere for women in London.
