Disturbing news reaching us will not go well with both Chameleone and the entire Ugandan music industry.
We have learnt that Nigerian singer Patoranking is very bitter with the entire Chameleone team. Despite the pair having a very good song together, Patoranking has decided to drop it and move on as though he was not part of the project. Apparently Patoranking’s manager flew into Uganda weeks back to finalise on the video preparations for both Eddy Kenzo’s Royal and Chamaleone’s new untitled song.
He based at Serana hotel and met Beta Martin, Kenzo’s international manger, a meeting we learnt was very successful. However on calling Chamaleone’s manager, he kept tossing him around as he promised to be on his way to the hotel in vain. The frustrated Nigerian was overheard saying, “I don’t know this place, if I did I would look for this ni**a and thump sense into his head.”
Apparently the Nigerian left the country without meeting Chameleone’s team and took the report to his boss Patoranking who decided they drop the project.
Relatedly we have listened to the Chameleone, Patoranking song and we think it’s the next top charting Chameleone song if he releases it.
