Drumming, chants and jubilation fill the National theatre. No, it is not the usual music festivities. Renowned anti gay activist Pastor Sempa has thrown a bull roasting jubilation of a fight he says he started five years ago. By the time of writing this, the dark clouds gathered and the heavens opened. They attributed the downpour to blessings from above.
He is now pushing to have the bill adopted by the East African community and the African Union as a way of cleansing Africa from evil Western acts.
The president Yoweri K. Museveni signed the anti homo bill into law today.
