‘Light the world’ head pastor, pastor Bugembe and radio presenter Ssemakula Richard aka Soda Wabakyala are reportedly in initial stages to con an association of Philippine pastors. Under the umbrella of looking after street children the pair has a well laid plan to scoop thousands of dollars from Philippine in disguise of looking after street children.
A well laid plan has leaked, apparently Soda Wabakyala who is not in the country travelled to Denmark earlier this year but the country seemed rather hostile for the presenter. The latest we have is the presenter has told Philippine pastors of how Pastor Bugembe and him have over 1000 orphans they are looking after in Uganda and they do not have adequate resources to facilitate the program completely. Its at this point that he asks for aid.
Pastor Bugembe is not so much involved in the deal but the fact he has allowed Richard to disguise as a church member to get money makes him involved too.
