It was a marvelous Sunday for most of the Ugandan celebrities as they congregated for prayers at Pastor Wilson Bugembe’s church, Light The World in Nansana, one of the Kampala suburbs.
Pastor Wilson Bugembe who doubles as a gospel singer, whose songs have always taken the Ugandan entertainment industry both the secular and non-secular worlds by storm, decided to dedicate one Sunday almost every year to preaching reconciliation and encourage unity among local celebrities.
Dubbed Celebrity Sunday, it attracted several celebrities including politicians, musicians, herbalists and traditional healers, local event emcees, local radio and TV presenters, to mention but a few.
