Leone Island breakaway artiste, Pius Mayanja alias Pallaso, is set to return to his home crew. The singer who used to be referred to as Pius Lizard during his days at his brothers music camp, will make a second coming soon. This comes in the wake of news that he was kicked out of Team No Sleep like a ‘super tele’ ball.
The singer who had developed ‘horns’ got in trouble with Team No Sleep owner and former Radio and Weasel manager, Jeff Kiwa leading to his exit.
News on our desks indicates that the singer went running to his brothers arms. He requested Chameleone to take him back and let him work with him at Leone Island. Although the two are still in talks, our sources have revealed to us that a green light could be coming from Jose Chameleone anytime soon.
Speaking to us about the reasons why he left Team No Sleep and his singing partner Sheebah, our source who preferred anonymity said that Pallaso’s relationship with his former manager had reached breaking point and was irreparable. “These two guys were working fine together until Pallaso started growing wings. He was no longer listening to his manager especially after he made a collabo with Davido and made a name for himself. Even when Jeff asked him to refrain from associating himself with Radio and Weasel, he as always, paid a deaf ear to him. I am not surprised that he has kicked him out of Team No Sleep like a ball,” she said.
Pallaso’s possible return comes at a time when other Leone Island breakaway artistes are making moves to return to their former master. These include, Chameleone’s brother Ak47 and Yung Mulo.
This leaves the Wale Wale singer a lot of power to choose who he wants on his team again.
