Musician Pallaso Mayanja has 2016 going his way. Just after releasing great music in the first three months of the month and enjoying immense airplay on MTV and other music channels, the singer has signed a deal with MTN.
According to our sources at MTN, Pallaso who is together with four other artistes working as brand ambassadors for the telecom giant walked away with several millions from the deal that he penned this afternoon in Kololo.
Flanked by his management, Pallaso was all smiles as he signed the contract. Sources intimated to us that the ‘Wekoledewo Kaki’ singer will be working with the telco giant to promote several products including smartphones.
Pallaso confirmed the deal saying, “MTN has decided to gimme another contract to use my Pictures on BillBoards and TV commercials to promote the super selling Pallaso Phone also known as the #SmartBuzz and I said it’s okay !! Thumbs up to every one that holds one and thank you MTN for believing in this dreamer !!”
Although Pallaso remains tight lipped about how much money he made from the deal, we are sure he will be smiling all the way to the bank. Other artistes on this include Lilian Mbabazi, Ziza Bafana and Ronald Mayinja.
