At Kavumba Recreational Stadium in Wakiso, home side Police FC suffered a 1-0 defeat against defending champions Kampala Capital City Authority FC in the Azam Uganda Premier League.
Uganda Kobs international Sadat Kyambadde scored into the back of his own net after deflecting Joseph Ochaya’s shot to hand victory to KCCA.
The result lifted KCCA to second place on the table with 47 points from 23 matches and just one above third placed SC Villa who have played a game less. The Kasasiro boys also stand two points behind table leaders Vipers who have 49 points from 22 matches.
